Seth Martin grew up in Fortsonia, Georgia on Baker’s Ferry Road. That’s in Elbert County, Granite Capital of The World. There was a granite shed in the yard and he went to sleep every night to the rhythm of two ton diamond wet saw as a kid. Seth’s brothers and he would ride the crane like a zip line. Learned his first chord in Alaska in a canvas mining tent. Played his first show there. Lived and worked on the Kenai Peninsula five different times. Seth has made songs, paintings, short films, poems, short stories, and photographs. ZOLA is excited to bring all these experiences that have shaped Seth’s music to our happy hour program!
