Sugar bear is a Soul / RnB / Pop band from Spokane founded by local artists Brook Gannon and Drew Blincow.  We are inspired by Allen Stone, Soulive, Soul Sonic, and Louis Baker among others.  Our stellar band members are Tiffany Johnson on Drums,  Eddy Pace on Bass, and Austin Long on sax and keys.

Akifumi Kato embodies this community and Wednesdays are transforming into an “incubator” for new talent, a unique experience and musicians looking for a something different.

Come down to enjoy the vibe every Wednesday as a spectator and if you are a musician wanting to get involved, talk to the band while here!

The music will be dynamic and the chef’s rotate every 6-7 weeks.

Jojo is currently collaborating with respected industry figures, including acclaimed producer Jeffery David (Seal, Echosmith, Mat Kearney, For King & Country) and songwriters like Lolo (Panic! at the Disco), Sydney Sierota (lead singer of Echosmith), and Dan Wilson (Adele, Chris Stapleton). These collaborations showcase her commitment to honing her craft and evolving as an artist, while remaining true to her indie folk roots.

Her new single, “Every Step,” is set to drop on October 4, 2024. Written with Chuck Butler (Tauren Wells, Toby Mac) and Jeffery David, the track, which features some of LA’s finest musicians, is a feel-good, acoustic-driven song. "It’s the kind of song you just wanna drive along the coast playing over and over"

join forces to form Spokane’s premier 80’s cover band.

Singer/songwriter/producer Jason Lucas was born in New York City and grew up watching both his parents work as professional studio musicians. In his early career, he opened for Rod Stewart, and performed at New York's “Bitter End," the “China Club”and many other established venues in LA, Nashville, Dallas and Miami.

While living in Hollywood, Jason produced songs for non-profit “The Miracle Project," pairing musical autistic children in duets with celebrities, including Chaka Kahn, Rev Run, Ed Roland (Collective Soul), Kyra Sedgwick, and Jason Alexander. As a session singer, he has performed on over 80 jingles and is currently represented by renowned artist management of NYC, "VAM Nation.”

Having recently closed out a 250-show residency at Morada Bay Beach Resort in Islamorada, Florida, he has moved back to the Spokane/Coeur D'Alene area to work in the studio on his next original album and share some live performances with his friends in the great Northwest.

Coming to Spokane from Richland, WA, Austin Miller brings contemporary country and Americana music to ZOLA for happy hour. His acoustic based music covers soulful tones of the southern delta and south Texas. Through his military service travels, Austin has developed a sound that cannot go unnoticed.

Graduating from solo happy hour spots to the coveted Thursday night main show is a task Austin and his band are more then ready to tackle.

Born and raised in Spokane and now a proud senior at Gonzaga University. Aspen has been in love with music since she was a little girl singing front row in the choir. Aspen is a singer-songwriter who likes to listen to a little too much Taylor Swift, so you’ll definitely get to hear some favorites from her.

RCA & THE RADICALS are a brand new up and coming 5 piece pop/funk band from the PNW.  

From Ed Sheeran, Coldplay, and Chris Stapleton, to The Black Eyed Peas, Michael Jackson, Bruno Mars, Lenny Kravitz, even tunes from the likes of the Black Keys and Nirvana. The original songs they play are mostly written by RCA who is a local artist who has been really lighting up the music scene with his songs of inspiration, hope, and love. RCA put out an album in 2023 called Regular People with songs that are meant to lift others up and speak to their souls. The diverse band is very fun to watch with energetic songs, crazy vocals, and just overall good vibes! It’s an experience you don’t want to miss!

The Ronaldos blend a wide array of musical genres to cater to every taste.

Ron Criscione, the talented guitarist and vocalist, has been a key figure in the Spokane music scene since 1978. Primarily performing as a solo artist, Ron has dedicated much of his career to crafting a sound that appeals to discerning listeners. In addition to covering songs from over 100 different artists, he also showcases his own original compositions.

Ray Younker, the duo's bassist, vocalist, and guitarist, contributes a distinctive and captivating bass style. Kyle Richard, without an “S”… not to be confused with, “Kyle Richards” from the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, is a singer, songwriter, musician, and producer originally from Colfax, Washington who currently resides an hour north in Spokane. At live performances, he uses multiple instruments including acoustic and electric guitar, keyboard, and vocals. Through the use of a loop pedal he records himself live and plays it back on a loop adding many layers to create a sound you might normally hear from a full band. Everything he does is completely live, meaning there are no backing tracks and nothing is prerecorded. The pressure is always on when it comes to live looping: any mistake is heard on repeat… so you can always expect a different, yet exciting show. Kyle is extremely flexible and willing to accommodate any type of atmosphere that you are trying to create including family friendly venues, night clubs, private parties, or any different type of event!
