Monday’s just got a lot more interesting and exciting for ZOLA. We are partnering our home cooked pop up menus from Feast World Kitchen graduates with musicians showcasing their original work.

The music will be dynamic and the chef’s rotate every 6-7 weeks.

Born in Spokane, Washington, into a musical family, Jamison Sampson lives and breathes music, effortlessly blending all of his influences into song writing, music production, and live performance. After spending years performing professionally in California, he is returning home, to continue honing his craft, and spreading positivity through music.

Far from an open jam, the ZOLA All-Stars will be taking the stage every Tuesday with any number and combination of friends to recover from the Monday blues and kick the week into gear. ZOLA may not be the only place for live music on any given Tuesday but sure are the only ones where you can get your fix every Tuesday in Spokane.

Austin writes songs for late drives, rainy mornings, and the moments in between. Mixing folk textures with country roots, his music focuses on storytelling, connection, and authenticity. Drawing inspiration from nature and lived experience, Austin creates music that invites listeners to slow down and feel something real. His performances are personal and unfiltered, inviting audiences into songs shaped by life. Expect heartfelt originals, thoughtful covers, and an atmosphere that feels more like a conversation than a performance.

Hannah Siglin is a singer, songwriter, and guitarist from Spokane, WA.  Raised on folk music and studied in classical training, her songs pair intricate fingerstyle guitar with original lyrics that feel familiar and timeless. A graduate from Berklee College of Music, Hannah has returned to the Inland Northwest to be among the mountains, farm, and play music.  "Hannah’s music is gentle and expansive, an enormous mountain quietly coming into view through the mist. Dalton is a solo acoustic performer originally from Nashville, TN, who has proudly called Spokane home for over 10 years. His style blends Americana, folk, country, and bluegrass with touches of soul and blues. With a warm, expressive vocal style and rhythmic acoustic guitar work, he delivers a mix of heartfelt originals and thoughtfully reimagined covers.

Sydney Dale, an emerging sensation in the music world, possesses a talent that sets her apart. With a voice that's nothing short of mesmerizing, she's creating waves that resonate far and wide. While she calls the Pacific Northwest home today, her journey has taken her from the rugged landscapes of Alaska to the soulful vibes of Southern Georgia.

Sydney's story reads like a modern fairytale. Her journey in music began at a tender age when she started crafting songs at just 9 years old. Remarkably, she unveiled her first single to the world at the young age of 14. Her voice is not just bright and powerful; it's an instrument of emotion. Orillia-

Under his moniker Orillia, Andrew Marczak follows the long tradition of folk music’s more progressive stewards, commanding audiences with his unique bracing tenor and skeletal arrangements.  His debut self-titled record, which was tracked completely live, acoustic, and straight to tape at Jamdek Recording Studios in his hometown of Chicago, marries the quotidian poetry of Sam Shepard with the direct, sparkling twang of 90s alt-country.

Andrew’s sophomore record (and first on vinyl) FIRE-WEED is out 10/24 on Far West Records (Lefty Parker, Red PK, Penknife, etc.) Orillia has been featured on NPR’S Great American Folk Show, Holler Country, The Chicago Tribune, and radio stations across the US, Canada, and Germany.

Samuel Aaron-

Samuel Aaron has no interest in appearing nonchalant. The Chicago-based, Portland-born artist has a refreshingly earnest approach to making music, weaving together insightful lyricism, colorful arranging, and soulful vocal performances. While Aaron’s songwriting is rooted in the folk lineage, his affinity for eclectic soundscapes and his taste for a wide array of genres–including art-pop, R&B, and indie rock–reverberate through his music. In the vein of artists like Big Thief, Bon Iver, and Andy Shauf, Aaron’s brand of alternative folk is brimming with substance but never in lieu of style. The through-line of Aaron’s music isn’t genre or mood; it’s his approach to telling stories. Aaron’s versatility as a vocalist, lyricist, producer, and instrumentalist manifests in his music’s innate sense of world-building; this rings clearly on Aaron’s debut album, Rambler, released in May 2025, in which he traverses the landscapes of his making, through boisterous rock songs, theatrical chamber-pop orchestrations, and stripped-down guitar ballads.

A Spokane native, Rachel Brodhead is a singer/songwriter and guitar player.  Raised on classic country radio, rhythm and blues, her rich, full bodied voice paired with a strong intuition for phrasing helps to create an intimate listening experience that aims to invoke feeling and connection through storytelling. Inspired by artists like Willie Nelson, Chris Stapleton and Norah Jones, her song writing focuses on capturing the hardships and joys of everyday life.

At just 21, Jojo stands out as a compelling new voice in the indie folk scene, weaving melodies that are as much about storytelling as they are about music. Hailing from the serene landscapes of Coeur d’Alene, Idaho, Jojo’s songs capture the essence of the human experience—raw, honest, and deeply personal. She’s not just another voice in the crowded music world; Jojo is a true storyteller, creating connections with her listeners that go beyond the surface.

Jojo’s journey into music began with an unwavering passion that has always been at the core of her life. Performing across Idaho, Montana, and Washington, she has steadily built a loyal fan base, one intimate performance at a time, attracting those who appreciate authenticity and depth in music.

In the summer of 2023, Jojo’s talent took center stage when she won Season 5 of "North Idaho’s Got Talent," a milestone that marked the beginning of her rise in the indie folk world.

Her new single, “Every Step,” is set to drop on October 4, 2024. Written with Chuck Butler (Tauren Wells, Toby Mac) and Jeffery David, the track, which features some of LA’s finest musicians, is a feel-good, acoustic-driven song. The Jason Perry Band is a party. They mix all the dancin’ vibes together with a heaping helping of uncut funk. Howling saxophone and tasty guitar lines ride atop greasy grooves.  Singing on county fair stages since the age of three, her voice shines with the light of the muses, sharing the pure balladry of Ireland's Paul Brady, the modern mystic rhythms of Sierra Ferrell, the open hearted lyricism of Ms. Lauryn Hill, & the deep reverent melodies of Rising Appalachia. 

Her debut album, Bare My Heart, was cowritten, produced & recorded with Ben Potter of Katula Creek Records in Nashville at Denny Martin Music's recording studio. The album was released to a full house at the historic McFiler's Chehalis Theater, & will be featured on her upcoming tours.
