Standard Deviation
Standard Deviation is a group that, well, deviates from the typical jazz standards. Playing traditional tunes in new styles and new tunes in traditional styles. We even play some unexpected pop-culture favorites, and always keep it groovy and engaging! We are serious musicians who don’t take ourselves too seriously. Made up of premium musicians from around the Inland Northwest, we play everything from high energy to a chill night out.

Dave Long
Dave Long is bridging the gap between that nostalgic sound you love and the things you are thinking about right now. Songs about faith, love, loss and the human condition--Dave is a songwriter who covers it all. His songs are catchy, cynical, hopeful and real. RCA and the Radicals
RCA & THE RADICALS are a brand new up and coming 5 piece pop/funk band from the PNW.
From Ed Sheeran, Coldplay, and Chris Stapleton, to The Black Eyed Peas, Michael Jackson, Bruno Mars, Lenny Kravitz, even tunes from the likes of the Black Keys and Nirvana. The original songs they play are mostly written by RCA who is a local artist who has been really lighting up the music scene with his songs of inspiration, hope, and love. RCA put out an album in 2023 called Regular People with songs that are meant to lift others up and speak to their souls. The diverse band is very fun to watch with energetic songs, crazy vocals, and just overall good vibes! It’s an experience you don’t want to miss!

Some of WSU Spokanes favorite faculty come play some of the most classic tunes around!
This will be a fundraiser for the WSU Spokane food pantry as well. A portion of drinks sales will be donated to the food pantry.

Ron Criscione, the talented guitarist and vocalist, has been a key figure in the Spokane music scene since 1978. Primarily performing as a solo artist, Ron has dedicated much of his career to crafting a sound that appeals to discerning listeners. In addition to covering songs from over 100 different artists, he also showcases his own original compositions.
Ray Younker, the duo's bassist, vocalist, and guitarist, contributes a distinctive and captivating bass style. His roots in Jazz and R&B shine through in his song interpretations, offering audiences more than just a conventional bass line. With over 40 years of experience, Ray has flourished as a Spokane musician, playing in numerous bands across a diverse range of styles. Whatever the genre, Ray is ready to bring it to life.

Coming to Spokane from Richland, WA, Austin Miller brings contemporary country and Americana music to ZOLA for happy hour. His acoustic based music covers soulful tones of the southern delta and south Texas. Through his military service travels, Austin has developed a sound that cannot go unnoticed.

Cris Lucas will be your leader for your musical experiences at ZOLA on these Thursdays but it will not always just be him. Only way to know what is going to happen week to week is to come down and check it out. Those that know X24 (aka Cris) know to not come in with expectations and those that don’t are in for a treat!
Chris James Gootherts
Experience the high-energy piano magic of captivating audiences from intimate gatherings to thousands, with a genre-spanning repertoire from Brubeck to the Beatles including backstage stories and laughs! Chris has released 7 albums and has performed at Monterey and other jazz festivals, themed cruises, national tours, etc.
He has shared the stage with music legends: Stan Getz, Dave Brubeck, Sarah Vaughan, and Ramsey Lewis.
Jason Evans’ cosmic fantasy
Jason Evans and his 4 piece group will be taking ZOLA to all new heights. Jason Evan’s Cosmic Fantasy is a neo-soul RnB band in Spokane, WA. Performing mostly original music with a few funky covers, their smooth melodies, soulful vocals, and modern introspective style creates an immersive experience for listeners.

Scott Ryan Ingersoll
Scott Ryan Ingersoll is a singer, songwriter, guitarist, and producer from Spokane, Washington. Scott grew up in a musical family, learning to sing and perform from his father, a minor musical celebrity in the Pacific Northwest. He spent his formative years writing songs and playing in bands before attending university near Los Angeles. Ingersoll spent a decade making records, licensing music for television and performing up and down the west coast before migrating back to the PNW. Scott has continued to write and tour as a solo artist as well as a member of Super Sparkle and Water Monster, and has shared the stage with the likes of Allen Stone, Sara Watkins and Josh Ritter. He has produced records for Jenny Anne Mannan and Windoe, and also currently fronts Spokane’s favorite 80’s cover band, the legendary Starcourt. Scott’s eclectic style takes listeners on a journey from intimate acoustic moments, to anthemic indie rock, to groovy, R&B inflected psychedelia. His soaring, powerful vocals have been compared to the likes of Freddie Mercury and Jeff Buckley.
The Bed Heads
From their local scene in Spokane, Washington, The Bed Heads have become not only a scene staple, but an exemplary study in storytelling through song. Drawing influences from artists like Bendigo Fletcher, Gregory Alan Isakov and Dr. Dog and influences from Roman history and classic novels to create a sound and songwriting style that can only be described as mystifying and completely distinct.

Combo64 returns to bring you holiday hits! Featuring local musicians Andrew Sauve, Will Weppler, Garrett Newbill, and Alex Bowmer, this band will bring you on a jazz journey through pop culture. Formed at Gonzaga University, ‘pancho’ blends indie rock with hints of blues, folk, and alternative influence. The band’s name, a nod to the Spanish nickname meaning “free” (and a playful shoutout to hot dogs), reflects the untamed, energetic spirit of their music. Their music can be found on all platforms as they approach the release of their debut album in March.
